Personality
He mostly thinks and acts like a puppy, saying puppy sounds usually when he speaks. When he's not acting that way, then he's very playful, usually playing with others his size.
Background/History
This Rockruff became the small boy he is today by a plushie of his, which so happened to be cursed when he found it again after losing it. A Growlithe was his old plushie.
