Pulse is an "evil version" of Sonic, she's a completely self centered force of chaos and PG rated hedonism. All she wants is to have a good time, and she doesn't care one bit about the feelings or well being of anyone or anything else in the world. She resents 'the man' and will go out of her way to tweak the nose of authority of all shapes and kinds. She's aggressively competitive and resents anyone even suggesting the possibility of being able to beat her at something, beit a race or game or fight or anything. Thus she ends up hyperfixating on Sonic after their first encounter where he bested her, seeking to come into conflict with him any way she can. Both to put him in his place, and because fighting him was the most fun she's ever had in her life.
She has electricity powers, her quills having a constant static that conducts electricity through her body. She has something like a battery charge, when she's drained and running on empty she won't be able to externalize any electricity and will need to recharge it by absorbing the electricity from any technology that may be nearby. She mostly uses the electricity to amplify her physical abilities such as letting her run at the speed of lightning strikes or charge up a spindash, but she can also channel it outwards to fire off bolts of electricity. Particularly she likes to conduct a jolt through the metal rings on her fingers and fire off bolts like bullets which hit with the force of a vibrating shock.
