Backstory:
Terracon was born to the Earthwood clan, his father Terreus was one of their well known templars, guarding the Ancestral Temple in the heart of Warfang. With the war against the apes calmed for a while,Terreus and his mate Atlesia started a family, with Atlesia giving birth to three eggs. Terracon and his siblings Tecton and Tectonia. Terracon was slow to discover his element, much to his father's displeasure unlike his brother and sister, yet despite this, he work harder at excelling in his physical prowess, becoming the strongest in his flight, stronger than his brother. At age 16 things changed as the war was back on full force four years prior and his father came home late, drunk and furious as one of his best friends was killed by an ape general. Lashing out against his family Terracon, discovered his element by defending his mother and sister whom were the first to be struck down. Terracon used his earth shot against his enraged father, breaking his leg, and cracked his chest scales, but that did not stop him, striking his son's muzzle, leaving two scars across the side and another three on his right shoulder, Tecton tried to butt in but was knocked out by his father's mace-like tail. Terracon timed his earth flair and knocked out his father before collapsing himself from exhaustion. Once he was healed, he left the scars, a reminder to his father.
At age 20 Terracon and Tecton joined the templar, guarding Warfang's temple, wishing to avoid their father, some wounds never heal. With the war still raging, the apes soon diverted away from the city and began attacking the town and other cities, forcing both the city guards and templars to spread out while the military dealt with the larger forces, while his brother was sent to Earth Peak, him and Tectonia were sent to Fire Talon, and it was here he would meet the love of his life Amateris, a fire dragoness. though Tectonia would tease him about her, over the course of four years of either being volunteered, or going over himself, he would take time to know this fiery beauty. Learning she was a healer and already promised to another. One raid he was helping the local guards, yet many did not survive and he got a few more scars, Amateris took him to her tent as she tended to his more serious wounds though he requested to keep the minor scars. For the next four years he would visit her whenever he could, and she seemed more and more happy to see him, and one day he learned she had divorced after the horrible unification, she asked him to go out with her and he happily agreed and she would see some more scars, the one over his left eye, caused by a dread wing gave her the most concern hoping he wouldn't go blind later in life.
Over the coming years, Terracon slowly made plans to wed Amateris, his siblings and mother were pleased he found someone and help with the planning. Once more he went to Fire Talon and warded off another raid of apes, slowly become the town hero, though he wasn't all that interested in the glory of battles. Seeing his fiery dragoness, he proposed to her, she agreed to be his mate, it wasn't long until he was married to her in Fire Talon. Through out the next several years he would continue going back and forth to Warfang and home since he was a templar and must guard the temple at times when it was his shift, and when he was home, he and Amateris tried for a family and eventually got their dream, three beautiful egg. Two light greens and a purple egg. For the next several months, the apes continued to be relentless and the dragons soon found themselves spread out too thin after the years of moving out guarding the other towns, and learning that Gaul, the ape King himself was mobilizing a sizable force, it was Terracon's fear he would raze Fire Talon to the ground. Returning home before the forces arrived he managed to get the majority of the town evacuated, yet Gaul ordered a sizable force to pursue them, after all it was year of the dragon and prophecy for told of a purple egg being born this year, though none in Fire Talon heard of Warfang's prophecy.
Meeting up with another group that was hidden from another ape raid, they followed them, among them were a wind dragon and dark dragon, yet the leader convinced Terracon and the surviving guards he was a friend and ally. They would not make it to War's Peak with the group of pregnant females and families carrying eggs, Terracon ordered the guards to escort the group while he held the line. Not letting her mate do this alone, Amateris handed her eggs over to a friend and told her to return to the out skirts of Fire Talon, sensing it was clear of apes, telling her what names she wished for her children, Terrex, Neriya, and Spyro. The wind dragoness did the same as her and her shadowy mate stood next to the doomed couple. They battled the immense force of Malefor's force, giving the group time to head towards safety. Earth, fire, wind and shadow tore through the apes, they battled long and fierce but the numbers seemed endless, Terracon took a spear to the chest, many were surprised he stayed aloft, waning from their wounds the four heroic dragon used up whatever strength was left in them and combined their four fury attacks, killing off the rest of the apes and eventually themselves, no bodies fell from the sky that sad, heroic day.
