So for context, Polly Polaris is one of the mascots for a Japanese baseball game, the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. She's mostly cheerful and tomboyish and sometimes likes to pull pranks on others. I find her to be very cute and I can see that the ones who designed her were inspired by Disney and Sonic the Hedgehog.
