There are some mornings when you roll out of bed feeling fresh and young, just like you're a kid again. Kat found out how true this can be when she went to get dressed, and discovered she wasn't gonna need a bra for today. And that none of her clothes would fit! It would seem that, much like her big sister Jen before her, and possibly all of her sisters, she's inherited at least part of Grace's curse, causing her to occasionally age-shift back to a more youthful state.
A great many fluffs might be rather perturbed at this sudden change, but 20 to 12 isn't such a huge jump and Viridis is a place where you truly can do six impossible things in a morning. So rather than panicking, she "borrowed" a swimsuit from one of her little sisters and hit the beach to soak up the sun and listen to some tunes while she waited to "grow up" again. After all, a little thing like this isn't gonna stop her from having fun!
Also never hurts that anyone can enjoy some good beach fun, regardless of their age or the time of year. Next time she becomes this small, I might have to invoke older brother privileges and go with her as a guardian. :3
Although... I think it might be a little dangerous for a swimsuit if there's the chance of becoming big again anytime soon. Either going to rip or become a tad unpleasant unless the fabric is specially made. ;.;

You'd be more than welcome to tag along with her any time. She'd love to spend time with her big brotherkitty, whether she's small or her proper age. Though that might include some more energetic goings on than lounging on the beach, too!
She probably doesn't have to worry about the swimsuit. If her curse works like Mamma Grace's, which is likely, she won't shift age/height again for at least 24 hours, and it only happens during REM sleep. So long as she sleeps naked (which she always does) it won't be a problem.
Whiiiiich won't stop her using it as an excuse to run around naked, either, given half a chance. Especially if she's got a brotherkitty to tease.
