Background/History
Water Lilly was born in Canterlot and lived her life there. Attending school, she had the opportunity to meet new friends, but one day, she met Spades Ace, that as time went by, their relationship became stronger and stronger until middle school, but one day, Water Lilly had to leave to Ponyville to family problems, so they left Canterlot. 3 years passed and during that time, a known human named Chris came to the world of Equestria...
During a peaceful walk, Chris was lying in a tree sleeping, and when Water Lilly met him, out of curiosity, she went to meet him... (then I don't know how, don't ask me), they became friends until they got engaged. Together after quite a few months, they tried to find a job. After 2 days, they managed to find the job... 2 weeks later however, a friend of hers from Canterlot wrote her a message on Gmail, she wanted to meet her again. She left and met her friend Spades Ace again, she was so happy to see her again that they started going all over Canterlot, taking selfies and posting them on Instagram (the story continues but I'm too lazy to continue it...)
World/Setting

She has light blue skin (similar to sky or rivers), and has pink mane and tail (like water lily flower). She doesn't have a cutie mark, but if she does, it's sure to be a lily pad
