Having been sent to retrieve something from an underwater cave in a lake, Loona stood in roughly chest-height water at the shore, a bit frustrated that she was getting her clothes wet. She hadn't been provided swimwear for this, not even goggles, and she wasn't about to swim naked, so this was pretty much her only option. With a deep breath, she dove under, her vision immediately becoming a blurry mess. After some time, she managed to barely make out the cave entrance, and swam in without hesitation. She could hold her breath a fairly long time, even while actively swimming, so even though she hadn't refreshed her breath at the surface, she ran very little risk of drowning. Besides, she wanted to get this over with as soon as possible, and going back to breathe would make it take longer.
While Loona couldn't make out much detail in the cave, it seemed to simply be a tunnel for the moment, and she didn't really care beyond that. With about a minute of swimming, she came across what she'd been sent after; a brightly-colored box, about the size of her head. It was heavier than she expected, and she needed both hands to lift it, both of those factors preventing her from swimming. She tried anyway, kicking hard at the water, but it wasn't happening. Loona rolled her eyes and grumbled some bubbles, then started to just walk on the cave floor. This took even longer, much to her frustration, and it was another minute and a half or so before she was outside again. While she was finally starting to feel the urge to breathe at this point, it would still be a while until it was an issue, and she trudged along the lakebed back to the shore long before then.
As her head breached the surface, Loona exhaled and panted a bit to catch her breath, heading back onto dry land and setting the box down, sitting next to it. She'd definitely be having some unpleasant words with the guy that had gotten her to do this, but she was at least pleased that she'd gotten it done.
I'd probably be willing to do this if I had to, would just strip to underwear first. I'm fairly used to having my eyes open underwater without goggles, so I wouldn't really need them.
