I JUST read about Gordon's death on CNN.com while at dinner! 'Sundown' was one of my first memories to pop music when I was in preschool. They may have played it on local Country radio as a crossover, but I cannot recall. And 'Carefree Highway' will always be one of the most 70s of 70s songs to me.
