Background/History
Rachel grew up in an orphanage when she was still an infant and became the little helper of the kind woman who ran it and treated her like her daughter, and becomes ng a big sister figure for the other kids. Eventually she took over running things after the head of the orphanage passed away. Now she does what she can to make sure the orphanage has enough income to stay afloat up to becoming an exotic dancer something that she keeps a closely guarded secret from all but her most trusted alies

Normally in her day to day she dresses in conservative dresses and outfits , and in her nightlife she usually dresses in langerie covered by her overcoat from her teenage years giving her a look that's mostly cyberpunk rave

Her car it's old but refuses to die and a giant over sized pair of scissors that are her main weapon
