I remember Injun Joe was a character in one of the old Looney Toons shorts, one of the mildly racist ones that you might have a hard time finding on a streaming platform these days. There was a guy who kept making cameos singing "I know something I won't tell, I won't tell, I won't tell..." which he said was a secret about "Injun Joe," the episode's antagonist. The secret turned out to be that Injun Joe was ticklish.
