Remember the Care Bears Unlock the Magic episode "Neon Beach Party" when Robbie spent time with the Bears without his boss noticing? Well, let's just say Creative Bear likes Robbie for being kind, helpful and cute because of that episode. Also, Bluster doesn't believe in the friendship between Robbie and Creative Bear. So that's why he stares angrily at Robbie and Creative Bear.
