Don't ask me why I did this, but it happened. If someone asks me if I hate Ducktales, this is the answer that it is not. By the way, I posted this earlier on Tumblr and Ducktales reddit earlier.

Certainly, this drawing is definitely in honor of Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck from Ducktales 2017 and all the fans of the given characters and the given series as well as my apologies to many earlier about the earlier insult as far as HDL from Ducktales is concerned. Yes, I used to hate them, I admit, but not anymore, they are ok for me. Admittedly, it’s not the same as 2018, when HDLs were really great for me (And that my favorite triplet in Ducktales 2017 is Huey Duck, to be known.), but times are changing, so I still think they, in Ducktales, turned out really good, although I would expect better improvements for them (especially around their features). I love the classic style, so I perfected them a bit especially the shape of the head and beaks.

This drawing with Huey, Dewey and Louie, but this time they go on an underwater exploration. Admittedly, this came to me from the inspiration from two episodes of Ducktales 2017, from episodes of “The Depths of Cousin Fethry!” and “The Lost Harp of Mervana!”, where Donald’s nephews wore scuba diving gear suits. They are on a submarine and the sea shore can be seen behind them, and Donald (their uncle) photographed something like this, before they went underwater, to explore unknown spaces in the sea. Yes, the same drawing, but one is with lighting, while in the other, HDL have a blue eye background. I mostly drew them as the boys of that time, as they were shown in the series, with the fact that I drew them in the classic style, although I also connected the Ducktales reboot style a bit. Mostly I prefer ducks with straight and round beaks, with round heads, because that’s how they were created. I hope you like this drawing.

Well this would also be in connection with the 5th anniversary of the Ducktales reboot that ended last year.
