MFM has a Tropical Paradise theme and wanted to do something special for the founders. They wanted to get them these really nice handmade cups with a medallion on it. They just needed some tiki MFM art for the medallion.
Well, that sounded like a interesting challenge so I asked to give it a try. I don't usually play around with other themes and styles, so the change to give that a go seemed like it would be fun. :D
It took a couple of tries, but ended up with this one! This is the black and white version of it. There's also a fully colored version (uploading next). The version used is kinda in-between the two versions, due to the glazing.
I learned a lot from this! How to learn from styles and stuff, but also more about making a design to go on a specific medium or use. Plus, it was fun. yay!
MFM = Mephit Furmeet and they have rights to use this image as they wish.
