She'd have to have 10 agility and 10 luck to ride a sentry bot like that. All I can see are the following 1000-ways-to-die esque secnarios:
1- Fall forward, have sentry bot wheel crush your head.
2- fall off backwards, beak neck
3-Wrap tail around spinning gun barrel, lose tail.
4- see above, only it's your whole skin
5- stray bullet to head
6- stray bullet to places that are NOT the head
7-back mounted cannons blasting off the back of your head
8-Lucky shot to the fusion cores in the back. You are now on the moon. and in megaton. and in New Vegas. and in boston....
9-robot runs out of power, you have no been captured (and I now have something to draw!)
10- robot makes a melee swing and sends you flying
