Fighting in the pits can make you a lot of enemies, both inside and outside the arena. If you are not everybody's favourite, and that's rarely the case, people will also bet against you. And who knows to what unfair means sponsors may resort to, in order to see their pockets filled? That's why I'm always on the lookout when walking the streets, and yet I can't help it but feel.. vulnerable.
