Plenty actually, as mentioned the station was primarily about testing technology for terraforming planets from orbit. So it has a huge amount of gear for manufacturing the delivery systems and re-entry equipment. However after the first few escape attempts got blasted down by Atropos they kind of gave up on that avenue. It's one of the reasons they're so focused on taking over the station, that way they could disable the external defenses and escape through normal means.
