Prudence, former leader of The Sanguine Veil, the primary covert ops organization of Xphelia. (Super technologically advanced religious zealots. Fairly cyberpunk, the next-highest power in their world being steam/dieselpunk.)
The doberman was extremely faithful and exceptional at her job (that typically being espionage and assassination) until she came across information not intended for her eyes and realized the full extent of Xphelian atrocities and the true nature of their militant theocracy.
It wasn't an easy transition. Prudence was captured by the Xphelian military at one point, her "interrogation" leading to her removed ear and the facial scar seen here, as well as several other traumas. Eventually able to escape, she has managed to hold onto her favored weapons of past service and her Infiltrator armor.
There *is* an additional plated armor skirt not pictured here, and an Assault armor set she's capable of wearing as well, but well... I wanted to draw dem buns. Not gonna lie. That, and this is what she'd wear breaking into an installation where combat might be encountered. Tough enough to battle, open enough to move.
