Matt (left) and Fred (right) are sitting on a bridge and talking to each other. Matt is talking to his new friend about why he doesn't have any friends in school. Fred assumes it's because of his clothes, especially because he is wearing shoes as the only cub in school, so Fred suggests Matt to take his shoes off.
