One of the earliest to my knowledge pieces of artwork related to Sonic I've ever made, It was around when Sonic Advance 2 came out so that's why he's in that particular pose, I also got Sonic Adventure 2 on the Gamecube so that's why he's wearing his SOAP Shoes.
