Kingston suddenly lost the pearl of his necklace, probably he swallowed it by mistake or it went inside his body during sleep. When he woke up and noticed it was missing, his chest suddenly glow and made him in intense pain like he was having a heart attack. A few moments later, a large fire beam from the sky shot him in the chest which made the pain more intense, it was extreme enough to knock him out of consciousness. After getting into a coma, he was kept in a stasis chamber by the doctors who were helping him, so he would be safe from the evils. Weeks later, he woke up and forgot what happened, when the doctors let him out, he felt weak and something inside his body, as well as a bit of pain like he had a minor heart attack, but at least he was alive.
