Aaawwww. He needs a 'practice mannequin', no arms at first so it can't hug back and he can just hug it, then you attach the arms later and keep them poseable so he can back out any time he needs to, then you follow up with stiff arms so he can slide himself in between them and feel the pressure around him. He's a good shy boy and deserves all the hugs! <3
