Imp and Loo-Kee are rip roaring drunk. They're trying, and failing to sing a bar song in unison. Owing to their drunkenness, both they're outfits are disheveled too. The Minnie Mouse undies make a good fit for Imp here. He's quite busy enjoying the sauce to notice though. Fear for them when the hangover kicks in.
