And here it is again, his madness starts to mess up his mind and incites him to do anything, the poor guy puts himself and the others in danger.

That's why he's always wearing a straitjacket and a muzzle, and even though the caregivers still don't understand how he escaped from his cell, at least they always end up finding him and capturing him with a leash.
