Yet another Trek character but this time something lil and cute again. I think I did this lil guy up about the time Picard was coming out. I Basically i assume things get rebuilt and such later as it only makes sense.
Name: Khoal i'Planitia O'Dell
Age: 8 "and a half!"
Species: Romulan Human Hybrid
Nationality: United Federation of Planets, born at Utopia Planitia.
Relatives: S'anra ir'Rokaro O'Dell, Romulan mother. James Hitoshi O'Dell, Human father. Jarix ir'Rokaro s'Kiell, Reman uncle, adopted into S'anra's family.
Biography: His mother S'anra was born on a Romulan colony just outside the path of the anomyous Hobus Supernova. While not destroyed the planet's ecosystem was devastated and turned the colonist into refugees who would later settle in Federation territory. S'anra would go on to value her Federation Citizenship and her heritage at the same time. Having a flair for organization and an interest in ships from a young age she would go on to take up a position as a Coordinator at Utopia Planitia where she would meet here future Husband. James for his part is Martian born and raised. Engineering seeming to be in his blood as members of his family have served in some sort of engineering capacity in StarFleet for four generations. He worked with engineering teams during the protoyping phase for the Odyssey Project before returning to Utopia Planitia. The two would meet at a club and got talking. The two found they had a lot in common and hit it off. Presently S'anra is working Coordinating Romulan Republic traffic in system and getting ships lined up for repairs and retrofits. Doing her part to help her people ant the Federation at the same time. James meanwhile is still helping in designing new ships with imput from Republic counterparts and was the project head for the Gladius Project.
Khoal himself is young and curious and relatively outgoing. He has an interest in ships but far more so in animals of all sort. He loves any chance to visit a zoo and does indeed have a way with animals. Khoal's also developed a love for ice sports. Particularly figure skating though this is something that does get him a bit of teasing but not much. Especially from Andorian peers. Khoal tends towards sticking up for and defending others as he's been teased and bullied a bit about his continence issues. These continence issues have been a major factor in his life. At once wanting to overcome it but also enjoying it to a degree at the same time. He wants to be big and mature and stick up for others but at the same time does enjoy being little as the plethora of plushies in his room will attest to.
