When I saw her new submission in my feed, I clicked on it, glanced at the comments underneath it, and saw your comment there among them. That's not "stalking" by any rational definition. The comments under a submission are not PMs; anyone can see them, and anyone can reply to them. Or are you somehow under the delusion that no one should notice you unless you want them to?
And no, you're not "simply saying that you want certain things." You deliberately left a negative comment saying that you were not atracted to the character and didn't want her. That is insulting to the artist, and completely unnecessary. It's not going to get them to draw something more to your liking; if anything, it's going to make them less likely to want to accommodate you in future, or even want you around at all.
Leaving a comment saying you're "not entirely happy" because you didn't get into a particular YCH (because you tried to get a space for free and the artist said no), as you did a few weeks ago, is also insulting and unnecessary, and is not going to get you what you want.
