That's bad, I had one when I was a teen, for drinking a bad heart pill because I was having nosebleeds after watching too much porn on the Internet

Even when remaining calm at some point the Heart decides to make matters worse by telling the kidney to start pumping adrenaline, that further increases heart rate, and gave me an urge to flee or fight my own shadow or something.
I managed to calm my silly heart by listening to music at egregious volume so it saturated every other stressing stimulus even my own thoughts
