Pinstripe, Joe, and Moe just bought Brok and his stepson Graff some new clothes that don't have bottom wear, in which they felt that the two need to try being bottomless for a change since they wear pants all the time due to their homeworld Atlasia's dress code that is almost exactly like the ones in Crash Bandicoot's universe.
While the Komodo Bros bought Brok a matching outfit, Pinstripe bought Graff a matching outfit as well, with a hat to go with it.
Moe and Joe sure do have that kind of fashion sense going bottomless, especially during their training days after their mutation *where they wore samurai outfits* 8 years ago, while usually they wear robes and thobes.
