It turns out not only was Brok's usual clothes gone, but also all of his clothes too. So it looks like Brok is stuck in his birthday suit, so he left to find them.
While out naked in public *And hiding too so hopefully nobody will see him*, Komodo Moe saw him hiding in the alley in the nude, after learning Brok's clothes have disappeared, Moe decided let him borrow his outfit where he took off his clothes and gave them to him, Brok was very unsure about being bottomless as Moe is naked outside, but he has spare clothes for himself that he took out of his backpack to put them on, which is his bottomless casual clothes.
Still, it'll take time for him to get used to it, at least until he finds his clothes.
