"Unwittingly extended dive"
All this lizard wanted to do was explore this neat sunken temple he happened across, and with a 20 minute breathholding limit he saw little danger in doing so with just the air in his lungs... Well, he certainly didn't expect to trigger a trap that ended up sucking him way deeper in! Now, completely clueless as to how to escape, he just wanders around as his lungs slowly heat up and he eventually starts involuntarily bubbling even while covering his mouth. I'd say he's got another 30 seconds or so before he's forced to breathe, and it doesn't seem like it'll be air that he inhales.
