Grieving the loss of his pet cat, Charlie the scientist creats a new body for her with nanites and a robot body he found in the dumpster. Now alive and fully sentient Bianca seeks tow in the heart of her creator, and maybe find time to become a hero

The scientist known as Devon believes charlie stole his robot and seeks revenge on the entire scientific community. With his pet robot bat Batty he starts creating monstrosities to terrorize the city, but Bianca has a few tricks up her sleeve.
