Very little escapes Kal's eyes and ears. Whenever there's going-ons around town, Kal is always the first to find out. Some think he's eerily omniscient, but there's rumors that he has an information network that provides him with his scoops.

Background/History
Growing up as a child, Kal has always had a knack for spying on others and noting their secrets. Once he found out that a few adults would rather buy his silence, he took to forming his group of snoops to provide him with tons of blackmail.
With his newfound wealth, he set up a CCTV network spanning all of his city in order to spy on people and track their whereabouts. Even a few detectives have sought his help in locating criminals in exchange for their tolerance of his unscrupulous "activities."
