Abilities (If Any):
Reality Alteration - Can alter her surroundings to a great degree, including vehicles, clothes, and yes, even entire buildings and terrain to her liking within a 1200 foot radius of her. Due to the fact that large alterations cost larger amounts of energy, however, Lucile prefers to use this power only in enclosed spaces like sizeable warehouses, suburban homes, and even apartment complexes.
Living Plushie Creation and Control - Can create and command up to almost 300 Living Plushies at a time, with her being capable of manifesting plushies based on any animal and/or creature you can think of, even ones from media including Anime and games.
Object Manifestation - Can create and use a number of tools such as hammers and even giant wrenches (for whenever needs them), as well as furniture, diapers, clothes, and toys. She can also use her magic to give them sentience and/or ability to act on their own if needbe (She especially likes doing this with bouncers and strollers).
Toon Car Summon - Can summon her custom Toon Car, CareBug, from any location.
Regression Control - Can both mentally and physically regress targets at will, even partially like seen in Wolfy in Toon World. Can also accelerate and/or progress the age of a target as well.
Weaknesses:
Despite having great mastery over her magic, Lucile still has not learned how to fully control it yet, occasionally leading to her being babied along with her master at times. Her small size also makes reaching places like high-up shelves and cabinets, as well as carrying heavy loads like large plates very difficult, often leading to her nearly dropping items if she's not using magic to assist her. Additionally, though she's rather well armed, being able to manifest an assortment of weapons for her to use in combat, including her KittyBlaze Pistol and Buster Blade, her lacking strength means she can easily be overpowered in normal hand-to-hand combat, resulting in her avoiding close range confrontations most of the time.
Background Information:
Resembling what appears to be some kind of pink fox in a maid outfit, Lucile Aravelle is one of the most powerful Nanny and/or Caretaker Monsters in existence, her powers rivaling and even surpassing most other monsters of her type. Despite this, however, she's not into the practice of capturing victims and forcing them into diapers and/or babyish outfits much the same way the rest of these monsters do. Instead, Lucile prefers to just simply act as a maid to those she's taking care of, carrying out their requests rather than forcing them to do as she says or using brainwashing and other methods, with her basically allowing her masters almost full freedom to do whatever they want...well...save for one key rule - That being, of course, that her masters must wear diapers at all times. Though she's more than happy to serve just about anyone regardless of tastes or what job they might have, Lucile usually prefers to serve Magical Girls, as well as others who are also into such similar cutesie aesthetics.
In terms of magic, Lucile is known for being incredibly powerful, especially for her small size, with her being capable of performing drastic alterations to reality with little to no effort at all. She can alter almost any object while so much as glancing at it, these powers even extending to objects such as cars, buildings, and even entire city blocks if she really feels like it, as long as they're wthin a 1200 foot radius of her that is. Affecting larger areas uses up a lot of power, however, with her instead preferring to use her reality alteration powers inside of enclosed areas such as suburban homes, though she can reven use them on an area as large as a 9 acre mansion or even larger if needbe. Being a Nanny Monster, Lucile can create and command up to 300 Living Plushies at a time, though she has created as many as 320 in the past with only slight issues, being capable of creating plushies based on just about any animal or creature, even those from games and various forms of media. These plushies have their own personalities and can act on their own accord independently from Lucile, even having their own preferences and things that they may like and dislike. Despite this, however, each Living Plushie is still dependent on Lucile for their magic, with her being capable of removing that magic if she feels it's absolutely necessary.
Aside from her strong reality alteration abilities, as well as her ability to create large numbers of Living Plushies, Lucile can also manifest a wide variety of objects ranging from tools such as oversized wrenches all the way to such items as diapers, clothes, toys, and furniture. Toon Cars, swords, you name it, she can almost definitely create a version if it. Additionally, Lucile can also use the same Animation Magic her Living Plushies inside the objects she manifests as well, giving them varying degrees of sentience depending on how much of this magic is used. The more Animation Magic is in an object, the more sentience and thus overall ability to act on its own it will have. Though she can use it in just about any object she manifests, often using a small amount of it in her diapers to allow them to notify her whenever her masters need changed, her favorite non-plushie objects to add Animation Magic to are usually strollers and bouncers, as well as large toy cars, both plastic and not, enabling them to do a wide multitude of actions that they couldn't otherwise do without it. In addition to her object manifestation capabilities, Lucile's also capable of physically and mentally regressing anyone at will, even being capable of doing it to multiple targets at once.
Trivia:
* Lucile's one of only a few of my characters to not feature round eyes, with her eyes instead being "sharper" and more narrow in appearance.
* Her body shares a lot of similar design features and/or characteristics with Lazarine as Lazarine was used somewhat as a reference during the early design stages.
* She's the first maid character I've ever designed, as well as the first character to explicitly wear Bloomers, hers often being visible under her skirt under most circumstances.
