Luna belongs to Lillilly.

Lucian and Luna were both from a brainstorming I did with Lilly. After she had a owl made, I wanted to get my own owl who came in the form of Lucian. Needless to say, I've been so attached to these two characters ever since. I think that if there was a best OC that was ever designed, it would go to Lucian.

Another thing that helps is that Lucian and Luna were also inspired by the two Pokemon, Latios and Latias.
