Throughout the interview process, Brenda had been trying to figure out just what P.E.T could stand. The job description was a bit vague, assorted personal Secretarial duties, a dash of administrative assistant, personal scheduler, handle occasional small purchases and financial deals, needed to be on call 24/7 and able to travel. Maybe Personal Executive Technology aid? And the salary and benefits were more than the recent business school graduate could imagine even the big Technology companies paying... 6 figure STARTING salary, exotic gifts (such as that gold / inlaid jeweled collar on the desk), access to fine and often exotic food, medical and paid travel. She even would have an assistant. Strange, he never said anything about vacations, and truthfully, she didn't ask not wanting to jeopardize such a sweet deal. Professional Education & Trainer...

The interview questions were ... unusual. But nothing that seemed out of line. Was she allergic to cats? (No, she loved kitties) Did she know anything about Egypt? (She figured she winged that one, have to study up later.), Would family miss her if she was out of contact on the job? (As if they internet could not connect her anywhere? And she wasn't exactly on the best terms with her elderly parents, anyway, not wanting to get involved with the family business.)

She must have done well enough, because he asked if she really still wanted the job. Brenda could not say "yes" fast enough. And asked when she would be starting, the strange man replied, "immediately" as he picked up the necklace and secured it behind her, stating all PETS work one. And then he excused himself to let in her new assistant so they could get "acquainted".

Brenda had been getting warm and strangely itchy from the moment the collar had been closed. And a quick feel revealed that the clasp was either hidden or somehow magically fused itself shut. And before she could take off her suddenly tight business suit, a cheetah girl excitedly bounded into the room, chatting how they were going to be such good friends. Realizing that her new arrival was nude, had genuine fur, cat ears, a tail, and a very similar collar, while her own fingers and toes were starting to resemble feline claws, not to mention that she could feel something "pushing" down the waistband of her panty and slacks, Brenda suddenly concluded that maybe PET was not an acronym after all....
