chiseled af

proud of this tho, cuz i used minimal artistic references: what you see is my own style. :D

to any aspiring artists: use references such as bone structure to get the shape, but once you have a general idea of what you're working with then start adding details that you think look good. i.e. an underlying affinity for chiseled men.

Working on a model of your fursona? Looks good so far. Is it to be used on Blender?

thanks :)

Not really. I'm just experimenting and documenting. I don't even have a proper sona. This is a second iteration of a previous model which I mainly referenced Djijey Hellfire, but i'm thinking im gonna pivot and just make him into a fit fox.

yeah, blender. I'm going to retopologize (Reduce to minimal shapes while retaining key details) the models because I want to use them for animating (also in blender) but they could be exported to source for SFM or Unity. RN the head alone is 300,000 triangles.

yeah, try cutting back. Reduce tries and remove ones not visible to the camera.

I reduced the whole model from like 2 million triangles to just under 70k. i didnt post that but i think i'll need to redo it again because the joints bend weird. exciting tho because now he can move :)
