Anyone who knows Miyu knows she loves bunnies. However, it's not often she actually gets to see a real rabbit, never mind give one a nice big hug. Who knows where she found this rabbit, but she sure is happy about it. No doubt she's excitedly asking 'can we keep it?' and can you really tell her no? I think she's keeping the bunny.
