"Newly aquatic... Sort of"
Having found a neat-looking necklace on the beach, this lizard put it on, thinking nothing of it. Turned out it was actually magic, and made him semi-aquatic as he waded into the water! Now he's got fins, webbed hands, elongated flipper-like feet... Just not gills, for whatever reason. Still, he's gonna have a great time in the water with all this!
