Created by Dr. Zuspann, based of the designs of Dr. Light's Splash Woman and Dr. Lalinde's Vesper Woman. Ice Woman is an artic exploration robot capable of exploring deep ocean waters and flying high over the vast frozen tundra. She can withstand multiple atmospheres of pressure due to her thick and sturdy design. While also taking some draconic inspiration in her design, she has a habit of collecting and hoarding various treasures(Whether valuable or not) that she finds in her work. Her Liquid Ice can freeze almost any object in seconds.
