Abbey, my rat nurse character, wanting to remind everyone to be safe. And don't forget your flu and covid shots. It saves lives.

This was actually done during a covid booster event I gave, so that's what I had in mind while drawing her. Actually first time seeing her in color, so that was fun to play around with. I don't usually do such a dark face mask for my characters, so that took a bit of getting use to while coloring her. <3

Abbey is actually normal people sized. But this was a cute idea so I drew it. She was originally designed as a bright-eyed, slightly anxious but very eager brand new nurse. While that project collab is semi-dropped, I'm tempted to pick it back up again. Or just draw her in general more. Good therapy for my emotions, lol.

As a reminder, anti-vaxxer comments aren't really welcomed here. I'm a nurse. I have no patience for anti-science rhetoric. Don't agree, please move along.
