Shaeri (Naga's race) have the ability to change their forms based on a mix of will power and experience, and all of them can change into three main forms: humanoid, anthro (what you see on Naga's current ref sheet), and their feral form, which is the form they typically use to hunt.
This is a very basic concept of what Naga's form looks like. He actually has two, one he uses for transport and one he uses for hunting. This is his transport one, it is lighter with emphasis on his wings and armor, while his hunting one is bigger with more emphasis on his tentacles and raw power.
