Character Description
Norbert is an erect rabbit boy who is a supporting character on The Bellflower Bunnies. He first appears at the beginning of the episode, "Moonstone". He is good friends with Poppy and he is also Pammy's younger stepbrother. He was first seen in the 51st episode of The Bellflower Bunnies when Pammy calmly introduces him to Poppy, Periwinkle and the Bellflower Siblings. During the Bellflower Siblings' time with Pammy and Norbert, Poppy began to take a huge dislike to him followed by a huge jealously towards him. Despite Norbert's attempts to befriend Poppy and the siblings attempt to reason him, Poppy was wrecked with anger, hatred and jealously. Next day, Poppy tried to take his mind of Norbert by hanging out with Pammy. However, things became complicated when Poppy lashed out his anger towards Norbert and furiously revealed his hatred and jealously towards him, which results Pammy briefly dumping him for his actions. After Poppy's issues with Norbert and his attempts to go to the moon, Poppy was reasoned with his father Bramble and was told to reconcile with Norbert and Pammy. Afterwards, Norbert is seen hanging out with the siblings while Poppy reconciles with Pammy and admits that he still loves her deeply. Norbert is going to appear in a reboot project called "Tales of Blueberry Hill", which features her as a major and supporting character. Norbert has been voiced by an unknown Canadian actress, but the name of that actress has yet to be revealed. In a possible TV Show reboot and spin-off, Norbert may be voiced by a male actor that is either Robbie Daymond or Michael Sinterniklaas.
Personality
Norbert is kind, faithful and reasonable.
He gets along well with Poppy, Sylvester and of course his stepsister, Pammy.
He has respect and good sense of dignity, including towards civilians and fauna.

Norbert is a young erect rabbit boy who lives in Blueberry Hill with his father, older brother, younger sister, his older step-sister Pammy, his younger step-brother and his step-mother. His past is slightly tragic and mostly stressful, but due to his father's marriage to Pammy's mother, he felt much better.

Norbert originates in two series: "Beechwood Bunny Tales" and the TV Show counterpart "The Bellflower Bunnies".
Norbert is set to appear in a reboot novel project called "Bellflower Siblings and Friends" also known as "Tales of Blueberry Hill", a project that shows Periwinkle and the others in a reality where Animal Civilization interacts with Human Civilization, and where magical creatures are seen in hidden spots.
Body
Norbert has beige brown hair and fur. His eyes are sometimes black, and his eyes are sometimes green and black. His nose is deep pink, and he has a buck tooth hidden in his mouth like most rabbits. In the original books and original TV show, he has four fingers on each hand, but in the upcoming reboot novel project, he has five fingers on each hand. Periwinkle's limbs are a bit short in the original books, but are a little longer in the original TV show. But in the upcoming reboot novel project, they are a little more longer.
Clothing
Norbert's outfit in the TV series "The Bellflower Bunnies", consists of a green shirt with red and white stripes, red pants, and a black belt with a gold buckle hidden inside the shirt.
Norbert's outfit in the upcoming reboot novel project consists of a green shirt with red stripes, sky blue fingerless gloves, denim blue pants, a black waistbelt with a golden buckle on the front, and sky blue sneakers with Imperial blue laces and lining.
