A young witch goes out looking to acquire a new familiar, and finds one in George. An unsuspecting young man taking a walk through the park.
When the local witch is out and about doing 'strange things' the community watch will put out a notice and people know to steer clear of where she is. But she hadn't been out in a while and so George had stopped checking the community app. George had previously gone to the same school as her, before she'd become a witches apprentice, so he wasn't too concerned when he saw her sat on the park bench.
What luck! She thought, one of her old school friends happened to pass by. Usually when she was out doing magic, people tended to very quickly steer clear of her. She jumped up and began waving her wand turned feather bell cat toy, in front of his face. George became transfixed on the toy, and was soon changing. The spell was a cat transformation, but it was a delightful surprise to her that his fur markings became what they were. George had most liked Marbled Bengal cats, so that's what produced itself in the transformation.
George didn't know how long he'd be a catboy, for his former school friend, but his sudden transformation while a shocking surprise, was also pretty cool, and those belly rubs and ear scritches were very good.
He was going to be her familiar, for a very long time.
