Joy may come across as overly cheery and adorable at times, but she has strong dedication to the things that matter to her. One of those things being her skills as a mage. So it was no surprise that when she found out she needed a familiar to move up a rank, she immediately set forth and memorized everything she needed. What was a surprise was when she summoned… Morph?! How the hell?!
Joy: “Morph?! Oh no, did I screw something up?”
Part 2:
After a couple minutes of frantic panicking and comedic babbling, Joy finally calmed down enough to ask Morph some questions. Ya know, how he’s been, what he’s done recently, and why she summoned him. Morph explained that he had lost all of his lives (think video game logic, like Super Mario or Sonic) and was just sitting around in the afterlife. Next thing he knew, he was with Joy and rising out of the floor. Rather than go back home, he graciously decided to take Joy’s offer and become her familiar. The results speak for themselves.
Joy: “Oh Morphie, you’re so sweet! We’re gonna have so much fun together. Now let’s go show everyone what we’re made of!”
