I couldn't replicate it 100% but the recent Mario Movie made me so curious what he would look like if he was an actual character in it. Had a lot of fun studying screenshots and learning lighting effects :'0. It was nice to draw Phoenix again! considering my I haven't worked on my Super Mario Bro's AU in almost a year.
