Seku Hojo was new to Chicago. His parents had moved there when he was five years old.
The day after his fifteenth birthday, his little sister Mirako was murdered by a drug dealer.

Bent on ridding the city of anyone he sees selling drugs, he armed himself with a recurve bow and hunts them down from dusk until dawn.

With gangs and police looking in the wrong directions with every dealer who is killed, it seems that nothing can stop Seku from succeeding in his goal.

Using knapped glass for arrowheads and greasing them up with bowling lane wax, the arrows pass right through their targets and look as unassuming as the trash that litters the streets.
