VOIVODE JULIAN
Originally a native of Overland, Julian Kintobor fled his country during the Ruth-Overlander theater during the Warring States Crisis. He served as Minister of War to Czar Wilhelm of Ruth during the conflict, only to depose him and banish him to a pocket dimension called the Void as that segment of the wars entered its final stages. Now calling himself voivode ("warlord"), he has ruled Ruth for three years to date. Currently, Ruth is pushing to grab as much land from the former Sanc Kingdom, using conquered Overland as a bridge, before his rival, King Mogul of Romefeller, does. At the same time, conflict between the Ruth-Romefeller boarder is at a stalemate as a he wages a two-front war with Romefeller to the south and with an alliance between the Sol Empire and Lacroa to the west.
GOVERNOR SNIVELY
After overthrowing the czar of Ruth and installing himself as its ruler, Julian turned his eye to his homeland, the vanquished Overland, and swiftly overran it. His diminutive nephew Snively was installed as a puppet leader of the now-satellite kingdom.
GOVERNOR MORDRED HOOD
The treasonous former council to the king of Mercia. Julian’s westward push culminated in the conquest of Mercia and the installation of Hood as provincial governor. Though a sadistic individual, delighting in torture, Hood is terrified of the voivode. Being a Cobra, Hood is limbless, but was granted enchanted armor linked to his mind.
KING MOGUL OF ROMEFELLER
Well over 8,000 years of age, Mogul is the oldest living person on Sadrac and has ruled the land Romefeller for over 1,100 years; his age and appearance have been preserved through his mastery of arcane magical arts. In the wake of the dissolution of the Sanc Kingdom, it numerous provinces and duchies fell into a chaotic state of civil war, with each newly-formed city-state battling for dominance. Seeing an opportunity to bring these warring principalities under Gjallahorn's aegis, Mogul's powerful White Fang Army intervened in an effort to grab land. This act of aggression prompted his rival, the Sol Empire, to declare war on Romefeller. This conflict is currently at a stalemate, and Mogul intends to break the quagmire with the employment of the missing Sol Emeralds against his opposition and rule all of the continent of Salamis.
IXIS NAUGUS
This strange and powerful being is actually a fusion of three separate Ixis wizards from centuries ago. At some point he was betrayed and imprisoned in the Void, a pocket dimension under his direct rule, in which none cane survive without his assistance.
