After Duskelle is saved by the Skylanders by defeating her in battle *When she was trapped in the armor that resembles Amurg Galactica under the dark influence of Mistress Malicia*, Yoru offered to take the weak Duskelle to safety before the Skylanders go into the final battle in the Great Catastrophe, she developed feelings for him.
Duskelle has always admired Yoru for discovering ancient myths and mysteries that are obscure to everyone in Skylands all while she writes about histories and amazing adventures like her favorite Author named Onk Beakman, even reading them to children in schools, daycares, orphanages, and children's hospitals.
