Giftart for Toon-Star Taylor, a good mutual-buddy of mine!

Last time I did him a holiday themed bookmark. Now its just a normal bookmark but with a new method for the back side! I think it looks fun!

He got Pokemon Scarlet and chose Quaxly as his starter, so why not him as a trainer w/ his Pokemon?
