Spended a lot of time modelling my mascot from absolute zero, and it finally there!
I tried catch a anime aesthetic, with some comic shading (like hatching in dark parts). Also, newer rigged tentacles before, but it been a fun experience.
Please, keep in mind what this character designed for 100% toon shading, and also he react only on one RGB channel (you can choose which one by moving "light control" bone). This system allow you separate his shading from global shading, which also increase "anime" effect.
This character a 100% procedural shading, which totally controlled by "Light control" bone. You can choose shadow color, total tone, rim lights on light and in shadow sides separately, and size of hatching. Scaling of this bone will control of amount of taked light.
His hands can be controlled by single bone - move it as ik, rotate, and scale for control fingers (after this you just can control each finger manually)
