Time it's been flying by, and seems like everything goes so fast nowadays as well!

Better take some time to slow down, put a cup of coffee and some snacks nearby and pull a book from the shelf, sit down and relax.

The wind slowly blowing outside and the rustle of falling leaves; the sound of passing pages on the book, the crickling of the wood burning in the stove and the light taps when the biggest cinders fall on the cleaning tray, the aroma of dry wood joining the smell of coffee floating on the warm room, the occasional puff of smoke that not quite goes through the chimney and piles on with the rest of the smells around, the slight gives of the cushion while squirming a bit when changing position, and sometimes the light rattle of the window when a wind comes a bit more strongly than expected.

Quite cozy, wouldn't you agree? 🐍
